Rates and Insurance
Initial diagnostic evaluation - $130
60 minute with patient and/or family member- $100 (my basic scheduled session)
75 minute individual session- $140
60 minute family session-$115
75 minute family session- $155
Group Therapy- $45. per session
(Reduced fee or sliding scale offered on a limited basis for thoes who qualify)
Fees not covered by insurance
Letters prepared on behalf of a patient - $50.
Calls with patients(after the first 10 minutes) in 15 minute increments- $20 per increment
Calls on behalf(excluding healthcare providers) are $20 per 15 minute increments

Payment
Payment for service due at the time of every session. At this time, I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance you are subject to up to a $100.00 fee.
